When purchasing a document package there are specific forms that may or may not relate to your particular need, so we have created add-on packages to complement your basic package that will allow us to customize your needs with the exact service that you are looking for in a How-To Kit or an Attorney Service.

Divorce with Minor Children Options

We have various methods of attorney representation that may be helpful to our clients:

Document Preparation - $750

Attorney Document Preparation is a good option for people who need a divorce and do not want to mess with the hassle of completing the some-times complicated forms but yet cannot afford the formal representation of Attorney Representation.  In this option we will complete all of the forms you see listed in the How-To Kit for you and have them organized neatly for you so you know exactly what your next steps will be.  All the Divorce Filing Forms will be in an easy-to-read, computer-generated format that will make it easy on the court, and in return you.

Attorney Document Preparation basic package price will increase by the amount specified for the specific ADD-ON package needed for your case. If more than one Add-On package is needed for your case, then the discounted price will apply. There are certain Add-On Packages that can only be done if we do them for you. These include:

  • Uniform Child Support Order& Calculations; $225.00
  • Uniform Spousal Support Order and Calculations; $225.00
  • Interrogatories and Request to Produce; $225.00

Plus a free one-hour attorney consultation to ask a licensed attorney questions regarding your specific case.

Attorney Representation

Mediation – One time-Minimum Flat Fee $1500.00

Litigation – $2000.00 Retainer and $275.00/hour

We have various methods of attorney representation that may be helpful to our clients:

During mediation, Attorney Webb will meet with the parties to identify the issues where there may be a breakdown in terms of an agreements.  Our office allows Attorney Webb to meet with each person in their own conference room to allow for important conversations that are best handled one-on-one, and also to come together when it comes to hashing out the final details of complex plans.  Our Mediation Program is one-time flat fee of $1500.00 and includes:  5 hours of client mediation meetings, and drafting of a final mediation report or agreement[i]
